Voided Check (for factoring)

Truck & lane preferences

Universal Empires Business Co. (“Dispatcher”) will:

Locate and book freight loads for the Carrier

Negotiate freight rates with brokers/shippers

Send Carrier necessary documents (rate confirmations, BOLs)

Assist with route planning if requested

2. Payment Terms

Dispatcher is paid [8%] of gross load revenue.

Payment is due upon confirmation or delivery of load (via Zelle, Cash App, or bank transfer).
